These Terms of Service ("Terms" or "TOS") govern your access to and use of the XAUUSD platform, including our website, dashboard, algorithmic trading services, and related features (collectively, the "Services"). XAUUSD ("we", "us", or "our") provides automated trading tools designed to connect users with supported broker platforms.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
1. Service Description
XAUUSD is a technology platform that provides algorithmic trading tools, account-management features, and automation services.
We do not act as a broker, financial advisor, or custodian of funds.
Trading operations are executed through third-party broker platforms selected by the user (such as Exness or Vantage).
XAUUSD provides the automation logic, monitoring, and interface, while brokers handle trade execution, custody, and settlement.
How it works: After account setup and activation, XAUUSD connects your broker account to automated trading strategies that execute trades based on predefined algorithms and market conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 General Requirements
By using XAUUSD, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
- You are using legally obtained funds
- You are not using the platform for unlawful purposes
- You understand the risks associated with automated trading
- You are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or will notify us if this status changes
2.2 Restricted Jurisdictions
XAUUSD Services may not be available in certain regions due to regulatory restrictions.
Users are responsible for ensuring that access to XAUUSD is legal in their jurisdiction. XAUUSD reserves the right to restrict or terminate access based on location or compliance requirements.
3. Trading Risk Disclosure
Algorithmic trading involves substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss of capital.
- Profits are not guaranteed
- Market volatility can cause losses
- Past performance does not predict future results
- Automated systems may fail due to technical or market conditions
You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all trading outcomes.
4. Deposits, Fuel & Fees
- Certain packages require a minimum deposit through supported brokers
- Fuel amounts are required to cover operational and execution costs
- Fuel payments are non-refundable once processing begins
- Failure to maintain sufficient fuel may pause trading activity
5. Account Activation & Processing
- Account activation may take up to 48 hours
- Additional verification may be required
- XAUUSD reserves the right to delay or deny activation if requirements are not met
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Keep login credentials secure
- Monitor your trading account regularly
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Avoid misuse, manipulation, or reverse engineering of the platform
7. Suspension & Termination
XAUUSD may suspend or terminate access if:
- False or misleading information is provided
- Terms are violated
- Suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity is detected
- Regulatory or legal obligations require it
8. Limitation of Liability
XAUUSD shall not be liable for:
- Trading losses
- Broker-side execution issues
- System delays or downtime
- Market volatility or external disruptions
Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.
9. Modifications to Terms
XAUUSD may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws and financial regulations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
